KubeTechChain is a senior-level DevOps managed services provider based in the United Arab Emirates, serving clients in the UAE, Canada, Pakistan, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

- Approximate location (country) derived from your IP via ip-api.com
- Browser and device information (via Google Analytics)
- Pages visited and interaction events (via Google Analytics)
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification token (used only to confirm you are human, not stored after verification)
When you book a call through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the information you provide on their platform (name, email, scheduling preferences) directly. That data is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
3. Why we collect this information
Each category of data is processed for one of the following purposes, under the corresponding legal basis under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

4. Who we share information with
We share data with the following third-party processors to operate our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers
Because we use third-party processors located in the United States and the European Union (Resend, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, Calendly), your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. These processors operate under their own GDPR-compliant safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Applicable frameworks include the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and (for California residents) the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
8. Cookies and tracking
We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Strictly necessary: Cloudflare Turnstile session cookie for bot protection. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) to measure site usage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. - Third-party widgets: Calendly loads its own cookies only when you interact with the booking widget.
We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. If you are visiting from a jurisdiction that requires explicit consent for analytics tracking, you may opt out using the Google tool above.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access controls, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, and the security headers documented in our deployment configuration. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
10. Children's privacy
KubeTechChain provides B2B services to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone who has submitted our contact form within the past 24 months.
